With demand outside of its existing dermatology channels, Colorescience was ready to expand its business into the consumer retail space. I joined the company as Creative Director, an internal business partner within the marketing team, with the remit to evolve the existing brand and deliver a striking visual presence for customers across multiple markets. Positioning was the primary internal challenge to overcome, given the competing value propositions: ‘Immediate results’ and ‘Lasting protection.’ The strategy I developed embraced the two concepts in harmony – emphasizing the ‘Duality’ of their benefits.
